Before setting up Atlantic with Lou, Phil was a freelance engineer. Usually a monitor engineer, Phil has worked on many tours and shows around the UK and toured the world with Squeeze and Aswad in the mid 90’s. Phil graduated from Guildford Uni in 1992 with an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Lou (Mrs Boss).
Lou and Phil met on a Flying Music tour way back in 1994. Not fancying university Lou left full time education in 1993 after studying sciences at Weymouth College. If you encounter Lou on a gig you’ll find her at the FOH end of the multicore.

Born on Sunday 1st November 2009. We’ll have him loading trucks soon - just waiting for him to be able to walk first!
Sarah is the keeper of the books! She manages (somehow) to keep all the paperwork and accounts straight despite everyone’s best efforts to mess them up.!
“Sound Hound”. Abbey is our very friendly Border Collie who will greet anyone visiting us enthusiastically. She is now 8 years old and is named Abbey because we collected her as a puppy on our way back from a gig in Lincoln - we couldn’t call HER Abraham so Abbey it was!
Birds
If you ring the office and you wonder what is squeaking in the background, the birds are what you are hearing. They are Zebra Finches and they occupy the eaves space in the office.
